How is Modular Pods delivered?

Everything from architectural finishes to interior fittings, plumbing, electrics and lighting is completed at the factory. Only integration into the building and connection to mains remain on site, which removes almost all wet-room site labour.

Can it be added to an existing building later?

Yes — that is what modular capsules are for. What matters is that the transport route and installation opening suit the capsule dimensions; both should be measured at the outset.

Can it be reused?

Capsules can be dismantled and reused in another building. This noticeably lowers total cost in temporary facilities and rotating projects.

Can dimensions and fittings be changed?

Capsules are more economical in standard sizes, but dimensions, interior fittings and finishes can be changed to suit the project. Changes must be defined before production starts; changes made afterwards increase both time and cost.
