Manufactured within Aşıcı Grup from high-strength galvanized steel profiles cold-formed (roll-formed) up to 3 mm thickness in accordance with static calculations. Its weld-free, fully bolted structure gives maximum resistance to rust and determines the service life of the building erected on it. The container chassis is the most fundamental element defining both the structural life and the safety limits of a modular building. It is a high-strength steel frame system that transfers all wall, roof and interior loads to the ground while allowing the unit to be relocated many times over.

Structural steel profiles cold-formed (roll-formed) up to 3 mm thickness are used according to the static calculation data and the maximum load limits. In production, bolts and nuts are used throughout instead of conventional welding. Steel that is not welded does not lose its properties and carries no risk of cracking under vibration.

Lower chassis (floor platform): transverse intermediate joists placed at set intervals eliminate floor deflection entirely. A solid floor is obtained by laying high-density cement-bonded particle board over it. The roof chassis has a dedicated channelling system that directs rain and melt water into concealed drainage runs inside the C profiles along the long edges. Upper chassis (roof frame): it carries the same channelling system, directing rain and snow water into the concealed slot drains within the C profiles on the long edges. Purpose-made gaskets and mastic make water ingress into the unit impossible.

Corner posts (locking systems) are the vertical steel columns that tie the lower and upper chassis together. Secondary columns (handling system) are connection members that join the lower chassis to the upper chassis through purpose-designed fittings. Both are structural details that prevent flexing while containers are being moved and provide additional strength in multi-storey assemblies.

In Container Chassis production, body fabrication, insulation, electrical and plumbing works are completed at our factory; the unit shipped to site becomes ready for use in a short time. Design suited to transport dimensions reduces site time and cost.
