Living Container

These modern container building systems, which answer the need for shelter quickly, safely and comfortably, are built on a galvanized steel load-bearing frame and designed for long-lasting, permanent use, creating functional spaces that meet high living standards. They are chosen across a very broad field, from post-disaster shelter areas to site camps, and from temporary housing projects to social housing schemes.

What Are Living Container Structures?

These equipped container housing systems, combining traditional home comfort with mobility, gather all basic needs — bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, WC and shared living area — under one roof. Produced with advanced engineering techniques, the structures provide a comfortable indoor experience in every season thanks to their high insulation performance. Offering modular design flexibility, these systems can be used as a single unit or, with multiple modules added side by side or on top of each other, turned into living spaces of any size for large families or big projects.

Advantages of Living Container Structures

Thanks to the technical and functional superiorities they provide, living container structures are permanent and temporary housing solutions frequently preferred in today's building projects. With flexible design dynamics, these modern systems allow use beyond traditional buildings.

Living Container

Comfortable and Safe Living Spaces

Designed as complete living spaces going beyond mere shelter, these containers create a healthy indoor atmosphere with insulated walls, ceiling panels and first-class door and window systems. While maximizing structural safety thanks to the strong steel load-bearing frame, they provide a long-lasting use advantage defying harsh conditions.

Living Container

Energy-Efficient and Sustainable Housing Solution

Living container structures are equipped with insulation systems supporting energy efficiency, reducing heating and cooling costs. This yields both economical and sustainable container housing solutions. In addition, the recyclability of the steel structural elements used makes living containers stand out among eco-friendly building solutions.

Frequently Asked Questions

About Living Container

How long does it take to install Living Container?
Body fabrication, insulation, electrical and plumbing work are completed at the factory, so only placement and connection remain on site. A single-unit installation is usually finished in a day; the deciding factor is ground preparation and having power and water connections ready.
Can Living Container be moved to another location later?
Yes. This is the core advantage of container buildings: monobloc units are lifted whole by crane, while flat-pack units are dismantled and packed. When a job ends the unit is transported to the new site; this is the clearest difference from a permanent building.
Does it get cold in winter and hot in summer?
Not when the insulation thickness is chosen correctly. What matters is panel insulation thickness, joinery type and whether thermal bridges have been resolved. In cold regions thicker panels and double glazing are standard practice.
Is a building permit required?
Temporary site use and permanent occupation are assessed differently, and practice varies between municipalities. Buildings intended for permanent use are subject to zoning legislation. Confirm with the relevant municipality before starting the project.
