Los perfiles U galvanizados, producidos en líneas CNC de perfilado de precisión con la calidad de Aşıcı Grup Prefabrik, cumplen la función portante principal en los ejes de base, techo y conexión de las estructuras de acero ligero gracias a su construcción resistente a la corrosión y su alta capacidad de carga. Su geometría, totalmente compatible con la arquitectura de unión atornillada sin soldadura, permite un montaje milimétrico y sin errores en obra; al unir con firmeza los sistemas de casetes aportan resistencia sísmica a la estructura y ofrecen soluciones duraderas y seguras sin pérdida de espacio interior.

En la fabricación de Perfiles U se usa chapa galvanizada S350GD+Z275 y equivalentes; las dimensiones de sección y el taladrado se producen según el proyecto. La protección superficial garantiza larga vida a la intemperie.
