Mining sites are far from cities, in harsh climates and hard-to-reach places; crews of hundreds live on site for months. How fast the camp goes up decides when production starts. We produce dormitory, canteen, office and social facility units fully equipped at the factory, ship them to site and open them for use within weeks.
The camp usually starts at the same time as the first drilling or excavation. Because modules are built at the factory, site preparation and production run in parallel; installation is measured in days.
Panel thickness, window type and roof pitch are chosen from the site data for high altitude, snow load, sand and dust. A panel system with thermal bridges resolved lowers heating costs.
As the pit advances, the camp moves. Monoblock units are lifted whole by crane, knock-down units are packed and transported, and both are re-erected at the new site.
Single, double or four-person rooms; shared or en-suite bathrooms; delivered with beds, wardrobes and air conditioning.

Explore →Shower and toilet units sized to the shift pattern; pre-installed plumbing for quick connection.
Explore →Headcount, shift pattern, altitude, climate and access information are collected.
Dormitories, canteen, social facilities and technical rooms are placed on the camp plan; infrastructure axes are set.
Modules are produced with electrical and plumbing installations complete and pass quality control.
Units are shipped in a planned sequence; they are placed and connected on site, and the camp is handed over.
